Sheet metal laser cutting provides unique precision thanks to the use of robotics.
Our laser machines use CNC to cut patterns centred in your material. The affected material either melts, burns, vaporizes, or is blown away by a jet of gas.
Our laser machines guarantee a high-quality surface finish.
And unlike machine tooling, a laser beam does not wear.
This process uses a press to punch a tool through your sheet to make a hole.
This quick and efficient process allows us to make many shaped holes. It is also the cheapest method for mid-to-high-volume projects.
With our sheet metal laser cutting, sheet metal weld cutting and sheet metal punching capabilities, we are able to achieve that accuracy in our 275,000 square meter facility. We make sure that each part is completely cut – every once.
With our laser cutter, we will usually cut aluminium by 3/8, mild steel by 1, and stainless steel by 1/2. With our scissors, we will cut 4.

When we need precise custom metal cutting, we fire with our Trumpf laser cutter. While it is suited for delicate work, we also use it to cut heavy steel plates for hard jobs with pollution control equipment.
